Jennies Yoga classes are mainly in Classical Hatha Yoga although she is qualified in many different styles, Hatha yoga is a fairly active style of Yoga and is preferred by most of her students because it is easy to follow. There is a specific way of getting into and out of the postures, with the combination of breathe and movement this makes it very feasible to a wide range of people. She also teaches Yin Yoga which is a more passive slower style of yoga which is mainly done seated or lying down and you hold the postures for around 3 minutes. Yin is also more suitable for pregnancy as it is more relaxing requiring less effort.
